Sign-up for both the artist and venue email lists, and follow them both on social media, for your best chance at being alerted to a potential artist or venue password-protected pre-sale. Sometimes demand exceeds the venue's capacity: tickets can sell out in minutes or even seconds. We take every possible precaution to make sure tickets wind up in the hands of fans, not third party resellers. These precautions include ticket limits, bot stopper, delayed ticket delivery and scrubbing the event (after tickets are sold) for suspicious purchases or multiple orders from the same IP address.

Firearms, large knives, fireworks or explosives, drugs, outside alcohol, large bags, backpacks, musical instruments or noise makers, large signs, spray paint, replica weapons, costume masks, any items determined by our security staff that could be used as a weapon, used to threaten other guests, used to disrupt events. This list is subject to change without notice. Only on-duty law enforcement is allowed to carry firearms on our property.

All bags brought into the venue are subject to search upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with this policy. Bags should not exceed 12" x 6" x 8" in size.

We hold all lost items for 15 days. If you have an item you are missing within the last 15 days please contact us at hello@polarishall.com, please provide a description of the item including make, color, shape, etc. We typically have a large number of items so being as descriptive as possible is very helpful for us to try and find it for you.

Please send us an email at hello@polarishall.com and we can take a look for you. We shred any unclaimed cards after 30 days.

We want everyone to have the best possible experience when coming to our events. Please contact us at hello@polarishall.com and provide us with details like what event you are planning to attend and how we can best accommodate your needs. We do our best to find the best location for you and your guests but have limited space and have to ensure that everyone is safe and as comfortable as possible.

No. Our OLCC liquor license does not allow for us to have minors mixed with over 21 year olds when our events are listed as 21+.

We accept all IDs listed on the OLCC list of acceptable IDs; Valid State Issued Drivers Licenses or ID cards, Valid Passports, Canadian ID, and Valid Military IDs. Valid means not expired and unaltered. The OLCC defines ‘State’ as a United State or protectorate. If you are a guest traveling from out of country, you must present a valid Passport. Photo copies or digital pictures of valid ID not accepted.

If a show is listed as 21 and over or you wish to drink an adult beverage and appear under the age 30 we will ask for your ID. State law requires us to verify the age of anyone who appears under the age 26 by using one of their approved forms of ID. Valid ID per the OLCC regulation is limited to: US Driver's license or ID card, US Military ID, Canadian Driver's License or ID, or Passport. No other forms of ID are acceptable. You will also need valid ID to pick up will call order. Photo copies or digital pictures of valid ID not accepted.

All events at Polaris are GA. General Admission (or GA) means all seating (if any) and standing locations are first-come first-serve. Some of our events are fully seated and general admission which just means first come first serve seating. Make sure to not leave open seats between you and your neighbor so all groups can find seating.

When an event is listed as fully seated it means we have seating throughout the venue all the way up to the front of the stage and do not have any areas for standing or dancing. All seating at Polaris Hall is first-come, first-serve.

Sorry, we do not allow outside food (or beverage) at Polaris Hall. Polaris has a full menu of sandwiches, pizzas, snacks and more. If you're grabbing food before your show, our neighborhood is full of excellent options like Atlas Pizza—just one block away!

We love hosting events! More info here.

Email booking@mississippistudios.com. Please understand that we have little to no control over opening spots for national touring acts and our calendar fills up pretty quickly. And what you see online on our show calendar isn't the entire picture as many dates are coordinated 6-8 months in advance, even if a show isn't on sale on a particular date. All submissions are considered but not all are responded to.

Transfer or share your tickets at your own risk. Please note, once the original purchaser shares their ticket(s), they can only be used once by anyone who has a copy. The QR code remains the same, and, once scanned, it will not be usable again.

Typically not, but sometimes. Best way to find out about additional tickets is to sign up for our mailing list. We do not offer a waiting list for available tickets.

Absolutely, if you already placed your order via Etix, you can request your order to be resent to your original purchaser email by clicking here.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with orders placed on 3rd party ticketing platforms as we have no access or control over them. We do also have to caution purchasing tickets from strangers or on Craigslist, we see plenty of people get ripped off and it breaks our heart when we cannot help.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. At your own risk, you are welcome to share your tickets with a friend or someone who can attend.

We will email ticket purchasers directly and post updated information on our website.

There is only limited on-street parking at Polaris Hall. We highly encourage (strongly recommend) ALL guests to take taxis, bus or ride share (Lyft, Uber) if you and your group plan on imbibing. Parking is typically VERY limited most nights.

Yes! Polaris Hall is particularly close to stops for the 4 and 72 bus lines, and is a short walk from the MAX Yellow Line. You can plan your trip here using TriMet’s ride planner.

Interstate Avenue is home to many historic motels!

Our house policy is: no professional photography, absolutely no flash photography, and please don’t be a distraction to your fellow show goers. An artist may have stricter photo and video policies in addition to our house policy above.

We often don’t know the official schedule until the day of the show and even then it is subject to change. Most events have a door time and start time listed and we do our best to start every event as close to ontime as possible. Typically opening acts play for 30-45 minutes.
